1. Booking and Cancelation Policies

Thank you for Choosing a Ohana Club Home for your Maui Vacation! 

Each of our homes are in communities with their own Home Owner Associations with their own specific condo association rules which are on their websites and are specific to that community. 

Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
 

Full payment is due 60 days in advance of your stay through Credit Card or PayPal Payment.  We accept all major credit cards.

Check-In Time: 4 PM
Check-Out Time:  10 AM


2. Payment Schedule 

For Reservations booked more than 61 days or more prior to arrival
An initial deposit of 50% of the gross booking total including nightly rate, cleaning fees, damage waiver, and applicable taxes are due at the time of booking. The remaining balance of the reservation is due 60 days prior to the date of arrival.   Failure to pay at this time may cause the reservation to be cancelled and the deposit to be forfeited by the guest.

For Reservations booked 60 days or less from date of arrival 
100% of entire nightly rate, cleaning fees, Vacation Rental Damage Protection Plan  and applicable taxes are due at the time of booking.



3. CANCELLATIONS : 
Bookings may be cancelled with no penalty for up to 30 days before your date of arrival. 14-30 days before your arrival date will result in a 50% penalty. Anything later will not be refunded.

Bookings made within the 14 day period are non-refundable and no refunds will be issued. 

4. COMMUNICATIONS : 
You agree to receive periodic text and email messages regarding your trip(s).
